Nexsure 1.95.5 Release Notes (05-08-09)

Accounting

• Unable to locate policies at client policies tab.

• Error when trying to save a Unit with an apostrophe in the description. 
• Entering a Direct Bill Reconciliation with past book date keeps defaulting to today's date.
• Reconciliation pop-up is not working on the Branch drop-down, but is working on Territory and Unit.

• Installments are not printing on the “print date” indicated in the master invoice schedule.

Certificates

• Comma does not display on summary page of ACORD 27 Coverages - Property QN Cert
• Certificate security not working after 1.95 certificate rewrite.

CRM

• Unable to make change on policy. 
• Multiple step operation generated error - modifying header in Marketing.
• Cannot add a contact to an existing Retail Agent. Server error shown.
• Unable to select LOB on Evidence of Insurance.
• Clicking on verifications tab on client returns error.
• Certain Open Actions are not displaying when filter set to 5 files per page.
• NY Auto ID Cards - Named Insured not pulling and "Replacement Vehicle" wording missing.
• Action filter set to view more than 25 per page causes runtime error.
• Locations - Phone numbers for non-primary locations appear on client card file.
• Marketing - Cannot delete application from Marketing policy. 
• LOB does not display at the endorsement summary page when policy restriction is active.
• Adding a bookmark at client >attachments does not display when expanding to view.
• Timeout error when pulling a list of all certificate holders.
• Location - Searching for invalid city or zip code in entity location doesn't give a warning message.
• Error if Reason is left empty when moving marketing record to history.
• Marketing - Save Filter Settings is not holding for the Updated date (To) and Updated date (From).
• Filter at endorsement tab not saving data when moving to page 2.
• Error returns when trying to use Lookup for named insured during renewal.
• Endorse package policy creates empty marketing policy. 
• Printing and then making changes without selecting save changes doesn't create new print stream and therefore doesn't show on print out.

• User is not able to use own signature when authorization is controlled.

• Hover on special instructions cuts off.
• Named insured on certificates tab not holding change.
• Certificate Holder Export - Browser caches it causing user to think the export is incorrect.

• Using a bookmark on the certificate screen shows as "Policies" and takes you to policies as opposed to certificates.
• Comma does NOT display on summary page of ACORD 27 Coverages.
• Certificate security not working.

Delivery

• Error when sending through Delivery with ACORD applications.
• Document Management - Time stamp on email attachments differs.
• The & symbol in email address causes invalid address message in Nexsure.
• Address book doesn't show middle initial so it appears that history is cleared.
• CRM - Delivery summary screen does not sort correctly. 
• Home > Delivery filter.

Downloads

• Policy classified is removed when download received.

Forms

• Unable to update information on ACORD 127 NM in marketing policy - error message received. 
• Issue continuing with binder overflow.
• Unable to import information into ACORD 140, error message.
• ACORD 331 Drops Even numbered Pilots When Previewed/Printed.
• Aviation Application ACORD 330 & AIA, seating capacity needs to allow characters.
• Various issues with ACORD 331 Pilot Experience application.

Global

• Server error in Nexsure Application received.

Integration

• 3rd Party Rating: Disable rate for Narrative and 125 Commercial ACORD in underwriting tree view.

Office Integration

• Document Management - Attachments to Client Files. After navigating to page 20 of 50 and looking at a document, it reverts back to Page 1.
• Attachments - Cannot Cancel attachments on second page. Must enter Name and Description first to Cancel.

T-Log

• Adding and Deleting file attachment actions are not recorded in the T-Log. This is at the Client level, not the Policy level. Nothing is recorded at the Policy level.
• Viewing claims payments enters Home task in T-Log and takes you to interface screen.
• Adding an LOB to a marketing policy is not recorded in the T-Log.
• When modifying or deleting the ACORD forms, the T-Log does not record the actions that the user viewed the application. The only time a modify record is generated is when you click Save Changes at the policy header level.
• Cancellations are not being tracked in the T-Log. There are no Add Cancellation, Edit Cancellation, Post Cancellation, Abort Cancellation or Reinstate Cancellation records added when these actions occur.
• Sending a policy to history does not create a record in the T-Log.
• Policy Renewal: No T-Log entry is created when a policy is renewed.
• Policy Renewal: No T-Log entry is created when a policy is renewed (packaged policy).
• Auditing a policy does not create records for Adding, Modifying or Aborting. Also, Posting an Audit actually creates a Post Policy application record, which is confusing.
• Binding a policy from Marketing does not create an Add record in the T-Log but binding a policy from the servicing tab does. Both need to create the Add record.
• Placing a policy In Force does not add a record to the T-Log.
• Endorsements are only recording View, not Add, Modify, or Delete in the T-Log.
• Posting an Endorsement creates a Post Policy Application record, it should be Post Endorsement Application.
• Binder T-Log shows the pages within the Binder that were viewed (though it doesn’t show that the pages were modified or records were added or deleted), but it does not show which binder the user was in so you cannot track it or which policy the binder is for.
• T-Log does not give specific information about what has been added/changed/removed.
• Extending a binder does not create a record in the T-Log.
• Viewing Binder Summary or Details does not show the user rights for the user who made the changes. The other records show the user rights correctly.
• Posting or Closing a binder does not yield a record added to the T-Log.
• Stick-e-note entries don't show users name.
• Page cannot be found error clicking on certificate actions in T-Log.

Nexsure 1.95.5 Known Issues

Accounting

• Unable to access accounting transactions at Bank Account and GL drill down, error returned.

Delivery

• Summary page is setting the default filters incorrectly for users logged in that do not have a middle initial.

Alternate Workflow:

• Delivery Summary Screen - Remove two extra spaces between First Name and Last Name. Re-run the search.

Reports

• Trial Balance Certification - In the Select Report dialog box, Report Descriptions are out of order.(F4403)
• Aged Accounts Receivable Detail & Accounts Receivable Export Reports
• Although future invoices that have no payments applied to them show today in production, they are being removed from the updated version of the report.
• The new Future aging column is only to show monies that are applied to invoices that have book dates that are beyond the ending date of the report (payments affect AR today).
• Aged Account Receivable Report does not return when run for entire org.

T-Log

• No entry in T-Log when importing schedules. Will be corrected in v2.0.
• No entry in T-Log when viewing claim claimant. Will be corrected in v2.0.
• Recorded entry for Print Certificates displays different Client when selecting Details. Will be corrected in v2.0.
